get to know us
We are a husband-and-wife management team based in Lexington, KY, but originally hailing from O’ahu, HI (Jenna) and Whangarei, New Zealand (Brad). We have two daughters in middle school and have been foster parents to several charges over the past two years.
We both hold Master of Public Health (MPH) degrees and bring a wealth of experience and expertise in the health sector to our clients. Our family has first-hand experience with surrogacy, as Jenna has been a surrogate mother on two separate journeys. She has been providing surrogacy consulting for the past 6 years, and has worked with families welcoming their babies via surrogacy as a Newborn Care Specialist and Birth + Postpartum Doula. Our collective experience has shaped the way that The Surrogacy Co. operates as an agency.
When we’re not working or attending kid’s activities, we love to travel, hike, volunteer, and explore more of the beautiful region we live in.

Financially Responsible: We keep our overhead expenses low and agency fee ($25,000) to a reasonable amount to keep surrogacy as accessible as possible. We advocate for generous benefits packages (starting at $50k+) for our surrogate mothers.
